I've been flying below the radar for quite a while, i.e. not actively posting in artist communities such as these. Now that I'm posting with a fresh account, and seeing my measly photos alongside such fantastic and jaw-dropping works in DA, I acknowledge with much humility that there is much to learn. There's still a certain pizazz missing in my works, something that a year and a half of fumbling around with a camera can't achieve just yet. But before I blame everything on inexperience, I must re-think my objectives for taking photographs. Mostly, it's just documenting everyday life, catching friends in action, and whatnot. Maybe it's time to be a little more deliberate with the things I do.
