Artist's Comments
I drew this on my sketchbook during my silent retreat 3 months ago. This is inspired by an actual statue of Jesus and a believer in the retreat house where I stayed in. This served as a prayer/reflection for me, so this has a special place in my heart.
This is actually the last among other, more detailed and more meticulously-done works in the course of my stay. I quickly filled in some colors via Photoshop. Expect the rest of my drawings soon!  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
